About the Founder
Over 20+ years at a major automotive parts manufacturer, I worked in casting production engineering for aluminum and magnesium alloys — covering the full scope from launching mass-production parts, reviewing die and equipment specifications, and proposing quality improvements, to cost reduction. I also supported plant launches overseas (North America, Southeast Asia, and others) and provided technical guidance to local engineers.
In recent years, I've focused on collecting and analyzing shop-floor data to drive quality improvement and DX (digital transformation), including analysis work using 3D CAD and casting simulation software, and proposing improvements through workflow automation tools. I hold two patents related to casting processes.
I currently work at a company specializing in magnesium alloy casting, where — alongside production engineering — I'm also involved in procurement, general affairs, and accounting, the kind of broad, hands-on work typical of a company in its early stages. Drawing on both office and shop-floor experience, I provide practical manufacturing engineering consulting.
